Together Senior Health (Together) is proud to announce our acquisition by Linus Health. Our joint solution will enable early detection, screening, and treatment of cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Worldwide dementia cases are expected to rise from 55 million in 2020 to more than 139 million in 2050, while demand for neurologists is forecasted to grow and drug treatment options remain limited. Linus Health’s brain health platform is helping fill these significant care gaps by driving early detection and intervention of mild cognitive impairment in primary-care settings, where assessments, insights, and action plans can be accessed and delivered efficiently and with appropriate reimbursement for providers.

Together’s innovative, evidence-based solutions align with Linus’ strategy of delivering a science-based, comprehensive digital brain health platform by providing objective cognitive and neurological assessments and actionable guidance for both providers and patients.  The combination of the entities will allow Linus Health to remotely identify the early indicators of cognitive impairment and begin a lifestyle-based intervention plan at a time when it can deliver the greatest benefits to patients and their care partners.

“From the beginning, we’ve been passionate about empowering older adults with memory loss, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and related conditions to live their best lives,” says Deborah Barnes, PhD, MPH, Co-Founder and Chief Science Advisor of Together Senior Health. “We’re thrilled to join Linus Health because we know that, together, we can further our collective missions and make a true difference in the lives of people with cognitive decline and the loved ones who care for them.”

Together expects a seamless transition with limited impact on its day-to-day operations. Customers and clients of both companies can expect a seamless transition during the integration and can continue to contact their instructors or current representatives for support needs.
