We recently published a pilot study of our online Moving Together program for people living with cognitive impairment or dementia and care partners. We found that participants love our online Moving Together and report better cognitive and physical function and less social isolation.
Our pilot included 39 people with cognitive impairment or dementia and care partners. Attendance was excellent (75% on average), and 96% of participants rated the program as excellent or good. Participants reported a wide range of benefits including improvements in social connection, emotional well-being, physical function, cognitive function and body awareness.
