Frequently Asked Questions
We are here to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
The Moving Together program is a live-streaming group movement class designed for anyone who wants to support their brain health. Our classes were developed as personalized and supportive for all levels of activity. Individuals who have experienced the full program express how they experience benefits socially, cognitively, and emotionally along with improvements to their physical movement activities. Participants can attend the online classes alone or with a care partner or family member.
For some classes, it may be required for a care partner to join a participant with more-advanced memory loss or physical challenges.
Care partners find the program helpful in managing stress, providing better care, and improving their bond with loved ones.
Through 15+ years of clinical research trials, Moving Together provides the scientific evidence to show improved clinical symptoms such as cognitive and/or physical function.
Our Moving Together program contributes to participants' quality of life and improved mobility by helping them:
- Stay Independent: Classes help relieve stress and improve mobility, balance, and coordination to enhance independence and peace of mind.
- Stay Healthy: Program participants benefit from improvements in physical function, attention, and alertness without the uncomfortable side effects often seen with popular medications.
- Stay Together: Classes help participants form healthy habits, connect well with others, and reduce feelings of social isolation while gaining a greater sense of well-being.
The program participants report less stress, fewer falls, and high overall satisfaction with the program.

The Moving Together program allows you to participate from the comfort of your own home. One-hour group classes are offered online and take place twice weekly. Each class consists of the same instructor and up to 12 class participants or pairs, typically grouped by their level of physical and cognitive status.
You may also be offered optional cognitive assessments and 1:1 connection with your instructor to support your learning and reach your brain health goals.
Participants get to know and form a bond with each other and their instructor during each class session. Movement and a sharing discussion follow a general curriculum but are tailored to each session to the group's needs.
To attend our programs, participants should be able to:
- Participate in a one-hour long session. For some classes, standing and working on balance for an hour, and for others, sitting in a chair or wheelchair for at least an hour.
- Be relatively comfortable using technology for everyday internet activities, or have someone who can help access the online classroom via Zoom.
If you are unsure whether someone is appropriate for the Moving Together program, we recommend consulting with a doctor before starting the program or reaching out to our Customer Service support team.
Participants do not need any prior experience to participate in the Moving Together program, which may complement other activities they enjoy.
Classes are $160 per month, which works out to about $20 per class. You’ll pay for a month at a time, but you can cancel anytime. No long-term commitment required.
